Application for admission in Nursery, LKG & UKG should be made through the online Registration Form available on the school website www.sfskkkaligarh.com from 21st to 30th December 2025.

• 1. Registration Schedule
  • Online Registration: 21st December 2025 to 30th December 2025
  • Submission of Printed Forms in School Office & Collection of Prospectus: 12th, 13th & 14th January 2026
  • Timings: 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 Noon
• 2. Age Criteria (As on 01st April 2026)
  • Nursery: 2 years 8 months to 3 years 2 months
  • LKG: 3 years 8 months to 4 years 2 months
  • UKG: 4 years 8 months to 5 years 2 months
• 3. Registration Requirements
  • Please log on and follow the instruction given on our website to fill the online registration form.
  • Fill in all the required information as indicated in the form. Incomplete Registration Form will not be accepted.
  • Registration Fee: Rs. 600/- (non-refundable) to be paid online.
• 4. Submission of Printed Forms (Mandatory)
  • Kindly take a printout of the Registration Form and submit it with photocopies of the documents listed below in the School Office on 12th, 13th & 14th January 2026 (09.00 a.m. to 12.00 Noon) and collect the prospectus.
  • No forms will be accepted after the said date.
  1. Recent family photograph (Parents with child sitting in the centre).
  2. Birth certificate issued by any competent authority like Municipality (Certificate issued by Hospital will not be accepted).
  3. Address proof (any one of these: Aadhar Card / Voter Id Card / Passport / Electricity Bill / Driving License).
  4. For Christians: Baptism Certificate (to be brought at the time of interaction).
  5. Sibling proof: Photocopy of the latest mark sheet of St. Fidelis Kheda Khush Khabar. (Original copies of all documents need to be brought at the time of interaction).
• Kindly Note:
  • Filling up the Registration Form does not guarantee admission.
  • Registration Form with wrong/incomplete information will not be considered.
  • Any pressure or recommendation that is brought to bear on the school authorities will automatically disqualify this application.
  • The school does not accept any donation for admission. Be on your guard and vigilant!
  • The decisions carried out pertaining to the admission process are totally under the purview of the admission committee/management. Its decision shall remain final, binding, and not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular child.
